User Submitted Content

Seller Terms and Conditions
Listing Works on the Services
As a Member, you submit listings ("Original Works of Art") created by you. You agree to submit all the work to artwhitecancvas for commercial use and accept that all the information asked by Monamour Gallery will be correctly provided.
Monamour Gallery reserves the right to edit any listings to ensure that they comply with these guidelines. Moreover, you agree and allow Monamour Gallery to offer discounts/coupon on your work for sale purpose. You can also ask Monamour Gallery to remove your art if you find something inappropriate.
Responsibility for Works
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all Original Works of Art and Digital Works that you make available through the Services.
Online Sales
If you submit listings for Original Works of Art, you are selling such Original Works of Art through the Services and on third party websites and sales channels (collectively "Online Sales") and you hereby grant Monamour Gallery transferable, nonexclusive, right and license, with a right to sublicense.
Monamour Gallery takes responsibility to deliver the purchased art and agree to ship the purchased Original Work of Art to the purchaser.
Order Cancellations
Monamour Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order for an Original Work of Art or Printed Work placed via the Services if Monamour Gallery Art determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Services. If Monamour Gallery Art cancels an order placed via the Services, Monamour Gallery Art will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.
Terms for both Sellers and Purchasers
Taxes
All prices, commissions, fees and other amounts referred to in these Terms, including any prices, commissions and fees set forth on the Services, are stated in U.S. dollars inclusive of all taxes.
