While selecting the art work you want to purchase from us, please choose diligently because we don’t accept returns once a purchase is done.
Our foolproof packaging ensures that no damage is caused to the artwork during the shipping process.
The packing is done with extreme diligence in order to make sure that your purchase reaches you safely. We use several ways to pack the artwork which is delivered in a tin box and tubes(large size paintings) in bubble wrap, foam sheet, butter paper, velvet sheet tied with the ribbon.
In case you observe that at the time of delivery, the shipment is damaged, we would advice you to let us know immediately and we urge you to send us images of the damaged artwork right away, through email and call us accordingly we will work towards the refund.
